Revision reason

Overview:

Through this menu, processes structures created in the system are revised. It is important to point out that process revision does not contemplate its items revision. Therefore, if a process has two revisions, and the data (name, department, team, etc.) in an activity that exists in both revisions is edited, this data will be modified in both revisions.

It is important to point out that only those processes whose types have the revision control duly filled out, can go through this step. To start the revision of a process, the subject user must have the permission to "Revise process model" in the security list.

In SE Process, apart from the revision standard flow (called ISO9000 model) the user is allowed to use a SE Workflow process to start revision flow. The process configuration that will be used by the revision is done on the data screen of the process type in question.
