Location: View Actions and plans
Overview:
From this view, it is possible to keep track of the actions and plans associated with the problem records. This view allows you to view the data of the action, action plan, or problem where the action or action plan was associated.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button to view the problem, action, or action plan data screen:
▪View problem data: If this option is selected, the problem data screen selected on the main screen will be displayed. ▪View action plan data: If this option is selected, the system will display the action plan data screen associated with the problem selected on the main screen. ▪View action data: If this option is selected, the system will display the action plan data screen associated with the problem selected on the main screen. |

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add advanced filters.

Use the fields in this filter to find problems and their respective plans through information on the execution of problems (instances). It is possible to find problems through the ID # or title of the problem, the status in which the problem is found (progress, suspended, canceled, etc.), department or name of the starter of the problem, and through the period in which the problem was started and/or closed.

Through the fields of this filter, it is possible to locate problems and their respective plans through information about actions or plans that were associated with the problems. It is possible to locate problems through the ID # or title of the action or action plan; planned and actual dates of actions and plans; users responsible for the planning and/or execution, or through the team responsible for the action or action plan.

After filling out the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to search or press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
