Overview:
The view profile allows defining the set of information that will be displayed when the users access: the SE GanttChart, schedule of a project, schedule of a portfolio, or schedule of a program. For each object (portfolio, program, and project) the system has, by default, a recorded view profile. Through this menu, it is possible to create other view profiles which will be applied to the SE GanttChart visions and project, portfolio, and program schedules.

Click on this button to add a new view profile. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a new view profile section.

Click on this button to edit the view profile selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the view profile selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button to restore the view profile selected in the list of records to the settings and parameterizations established in your record, for all objects that use it.

▪The association of the view profiles with the projects, portfolios and programs is done through the data screen of their respective types, through the Configuration Classification menu. ▪Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. |
