Overview:

Status report templates allow users to predefine what will be viewed when generating the status reports of projects added to system. Use this menu to create all the templates that will be associated with the project types in order to be applied to their status reports. In the list of records, the status report that the system has already recorded will be displayed, by default.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new status report template. See further details about this operation in the Creating a status report template section.

Click on this button to edit the status report template selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the status report template selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to add a new status report template from the copy of the template selected in the list of records. The system will display the copied template data screen so that the necessary changes are made.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
