Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible for those responsible for it to manage the planned, rescheduled, and actual costs and revenues of the nonproject tasks, project tasks, programs and projects that are pending, that is, that have not been paid or received yet. To analyze the costs or revenues, select the corresponding option on the field located on the right of the main screen.

Click on the arrow located next to it and select the desired option:
▪Cost: Allows adding a new cost to a nonproject task, program or project. See more details in the Adding a cost section. ▪Revenue: Allows adding a new revenue to a nonproject task, program or project. See more details in the Adding a revenue section. |

Click on this button to edit the financial entry (cost/revenue) selected in the list of records. If when editing a cost or a revenue the actual values are entered and the due date is the current date, the cost will be considered as paid and the revenue will be considered as received.

Click on this button to delete the financial entry selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to view the financial entry data, view the object data (nonproject task, project task or project) or view the project data. Notice that the last option will not be enabled if a nonproject task is selected. Select the desired record before clicking on this button.

Click on this button to access the SE GanttChart of the project selected in the list of records. Note that this option will not be enabled if a nonproject task is selected.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired revenue and cost reports. This button also allows you to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

▪Note that the list of records will only display the costs and revenues whose expiration date is within the period selected in the "Period" filter of the search filters panel. ▪If the project has a revision demand configured, the list of records will only display the costs and revenues of the current revision. ▪Use other "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information. See in the View Financial entry menu a detailed description of the filters. |
