Configuring an action type

To configure an action type, in the main screen toolbar, click on the button.

Fill out the following fields on the data screen that will be displayed:

ID #: Enter a number or code to identify the action type.

Name: Enter a name to the action type.

Upper level type: Fill out this field for the type to be hierarchically recorded below the selected type. In this case, select the desired action type. If an action type is selected in the main screen hierarchy, this field will be filled out by the system, but it is possible to edit it.

Save the record after filling in the necessary fields.
