Location: View Task

 

Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to track the pending tasks of any user of SE Requirement. This view allows for instance, leaders to verify if their subordinates are executing their tasks within the deadline.

 

It is important to point out that tasks cannot be executed in this menu. To execute them, the user should access My tasks menu.

In the "Task type" filter, click on the Select a task type button;

In the panel that will be displayed, use the search filters placed on the upper part of the panel, to locate the tasks types that will be viewed. Enter in the respective fields, the desired tasks, the User, Position or Department that is responsible for its execution. Check the Display lower level records option so that the departments/positions that are below, in the hierarchy, of the selected department/position, are also considered in the view.

 

Use the buttons located next to the Tasks field to expand and view the task list, check all available tasks, and clear the checkups performed.

Use the buttons placed next to the User, Position and Department fields, to fill them in with the data of the logged user or clear the filled-in value.

After that, click on the Search button and the result will be displayed in the list of records at the bottom of the panel. If the tasks displayed are not the desired tasks, the user should repeat the procedure described above until they get the desired result. Otherwise, click on Apply to view the records referred to the task types in question.

 

The task types that will be searched for are displayed in the Search panel, on the left side of the main screen, separated by their types: Execution and Tracking.
