Overview:
This menu allows you to view the requirements created in the system, regardless of the status in which they are.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the selected requirement monitoring screen in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the selected requirement in the list of records.
|
|
When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained in the search to be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the following filters to find the records you want by using specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired requirement by using its id #, name and/or through the status in which it is (released, with its revision in progress and/or canceled).

Check the Only favorites option so that in the view are presented only the requirements classified as favorites. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Use the fields in this filter to find the requirement by using the workflow related to it. For this, select the desired workflow or enter its id # and/or title.

Use the fields in this filter to find the requirement by means of the incident related to it. For this, select the desired incident or enter its id # and/or title.

Use the fields in this filter to find the requirement by using the problem related to it. For this, select the desired problem or enter its id # and/or title.

Use the fields in this filter to find the requirement through the following mapping information:
Implemented: Enter, in the "Greater than or equal to" and "Less than or equal to" fields, the implementation percentage of the requirements of the mapping to be searched.
Applicable: Enter if the mapping is defined as "applied" or "inapplicable" to the business unit/department/process.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
