Location: Configuration  Identification mask
Overview:
Configure identification masks to easily and quickly automate and standardize the identifiers of the objects created in the system. Through this menu, it is possible to record all the identification masks that can be applied to the control analysis, risk analysis, consequences, controls, elements, risk sources, best practices, objectives, plans, risks, and treatments recorded in the system.

Click on this button to create an identification mask. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an identification mask section.

Click on this button to edit the identification mask selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the identification mask selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
