Location: Configuration  Validity
Overview:
Certain types of plans remain valid, that is, valid for a specific period, taking into account the legal and corporate aspects of the organization. By means of this menu, it is possible to establish configurations that will be associated to the plan types that have validity control, thus, allowing an effective management of the term of validity of the plans.

Click on this button to add a new validity configuration. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a validity section.

Click on this button to edit a new validity configuration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a validity configuration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information.
