Location: View Treatment
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to track the treatments used to treat the risks identified in the system. In the list of records on this screen, the columns configured in the standard view profile of SE Risk will be displayed.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the treatment risk association screen. Select the desired record before clicking on this button.

Click on this button to load SE Analytics, so that the result obtained in the search can be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant will be presented the details of the analysis of the treatment selected in the second quadrant.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the records you wish by using specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

ID #: Enter the treatment ID # you wish to search.
Name: Enter the treatment name you wish to search.
Treatment: Select the treatment you wish to search.
Response to risk: Select the response to the risk associated with the treatment you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.
Title: Enter the title of the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.
Planned date: Select a date range that covers the planned dates of the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.
Actual date: Select a date range that covers the dates of execution of the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.
Status: Select the status of the execution of the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Responsible for planning: Select the user responsible for the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Action plan/action responsibility: Select the user responsible for the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.
Team: Select the team responsible for the isolated action/action plan associated with the treatment you wish to search.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the treatment you wish, by evaluating the risk to which it refers. To do this, enter the evaluation ID #, check the corresponding options to indicate whether the evaluated risk is significant or not and/or select a date range that covers the desired evaluation date.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the treatment you wish, because of the risk it treats. To do this, enter the ID # and/or name of the risk or select the desired risk.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the plan to which the treatment you wish to search has been associated.
Name: Enter the name of the plan to which the treatment you wish to search has been associated.
Plan: Select the plan to which the treatment you wish to search has been associated.
Scope: Check the option corresponding to the scope of the plan to which the treatment you wish to search has been associated. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.
Business unit: Select the business unit to which the plan in which the treatment you wish to search belongs to.
Revision status: Check the options corresponding to the possible status of the revision of the plan to which the treatment you wish to search has been associated. Use the buttons next to the field to expand the list of options, check all available options, and clear the checked options.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired treatment through an instantiated process (workflow, incident and/or problem), related to the risk analysis that it deals with. To do this, select the process/activity of the desired process and in the Display field, define whether you wish to view the treatment whose risk analysis has the process associated, those that have only one particular associated or all associated process activity.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired treatment through the scorecard element related to the risk analysis it addresses. To do this, enter the ID #, name, framework associated with the scorecard to which the element belongs and/or the status of its record (active or inactive).

Project: Select the project associated with the risk analysis whose treatment you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the project ID # associated with the risk analysis whose treatment you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the project associated with the risk analysis whose treatment you wish to search.
Type: Select the type that classifies the project associated with the risk analysis whose treatment you wish to search.
Responsible: Select the user responsible for the project associated with the risk analysis whose treatment you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the data of the logged user or clear it.
Team: Select the team responsible for the project associated with the risk analysis you wish to search.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the associated attribute in the "Risk treatment attribute" tab, in the treatment type you wish to search, select the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this view, simply click OK and repeat the procedure described above. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
