Template due date

Who receives it:
|
Responsible user and team members responsible for the template.
|
When:
|
On the expiration of the default time set in the validity configuration or close to its expiration date, associated with the pending template plan type.
|
Purpose:
|
To allow those responsible to review or revalidate the pending plan template.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

Select the desired template from the list of pending records.
|

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:
|
Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option:
▪Add new revalidation: Allows revalidating the template. Refer to the Revalidating records section for a detailed description of how to perform this operation. ▪Add new revision: Allows revising the template. Note that this option is only enabled if the type of the selected record has the Revision control set. Refer to the Revising plans section for a detailed description of how to perform this operation. |

Click on this button to delete the plan selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled.

Click on this button to access the structure of the record selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on this button to view the data of the plan selected in the list of records. To perform this operation, the security of the plan must be public or its permission must be enabled.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

After saving the record of the chosen option, the plan will no longer appear in the list of pending records.
