SE Suite offers the Portals feature, which aims to transform a large amount of data into graphic panels.
While creating a portal, it is possible to add widgets that will allow you to submit information more simply or enable you to perform operations faster, without having to browse through multiple menus. See below the specific widget of SE Request:
This widget displays a list of all the requests that the logged-in user has sent that have not yet been closed, allowing you to follow their flow. If the configuration for the logged-in user to exert total or specific control in the records of a department, position or user is set up in the SE Administration component (File Organization structure User), the requests issued by the department, position or user in question will also be displayed.
After closing the portal editing, the requests will be displayed in the widget. After clicking on a request, the cell will be expanded, displaying its information. When hovering the mouse over the request, the option to "View request data" will be displayed. Refer to the Issuing a request section for a detailed description of the sections and fields displayed on the request data screen.

This widget displays the request types in which the logged-on user has the "Add" control allowed in their security. After closing the portal editing, the types will be displayed in a panel, in the form of a card. Use the search field to find the request type you wish to open more easily.
When you hover over the request type icon, it becomes a "Play" button. Click on it to issue a request of this type. See further details on this operation in the Issuing a request section.
