Location: View Event
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to run quick and efficient searches for the events performed in the storerooms, regardless of their type (input, output, processing, transfer, or balance adjustment) and status.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the event selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to the button and select the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the view event reports and other report options available for the menu.

Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button, select the attribute that will be displayed as a column in the list of records of the search and click on the Apply button. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add button at the bottom of the panel that will be displayed.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the event you wish to view.
Status: Check the options that correspond to the status in which you may find the event you wish to view: issue, approval, ended and expecting receiving.
Event type: Check the options that correspond to the event type you wish to view: input event, output event, transfer, balance adjustment and processing.
Object type: Check the options that correspond to the object type involved in the event you wish to view: item (PDM), supply or waste.
Date: In the Last day(s) field, enter the number of days before current date that covers the date in which the event you wish to view was performed. If you prefer, use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the date in which the event you wish to view was performed.
Source: In the Start and End fields, select the date range that covers the date on which the object was removed from its source (storeroom, department, user, supplier, generator, etc.).
Destination: In the Start and End fields, select the date range that covers the date on which the object was delivered to its destination (storeroom, department, user, supplier, etc.).

Object type: Select the object type you wish to search.
Object: Select the storeroom object from the event you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the object ID # you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the object you wish to search.
Batch: Enter the batch number of the event object you wish to search.
Serial #: Enter the serial number of the object of the event you wish to search.
Validity: In the Start and End fields, select the range that covers the dates on which the batch of the stock object to be searched is valid. Also, select in the respective field, the Status of the event object.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the storeroom type whose objects in stock you wish to view, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, simply repeat the procedure described before.

After filling in the necessary filters, click on the "SEARCH" button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press the "ENTER" key on the keyboard. The result will be listed in the right part of the view screen.
