Location: View Transport
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to run quick and efficient searches for the transports of the objects of the storerooms saved in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the transport selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to the button and select the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.
|

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the view transport, manifest for waste transport reports and other report options available for the menu.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the system will display the details of the object involved in the transport selected in the list of records in one of the quadrants.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.
|
Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button, select the attribute that will be displayed as a column in the list of records of the search and click on the Apply button. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add button at the bottom of the panel that will be displayed.

Generator: If the transport you wish to view is a waste, select the transported waste generator.
Transporter: Select the transporter that performed the transport you wish to view.
Destination: Select the supplier to which the transported object was sent.
Status: Check the options that correspond to the possible status in which the transport you wish view is found: planned, sent and received.
Estimated transport date: Select the date range that covers the planned sending date of the transport you wish to view.
Sending date: Select the date range that covers the actual date the transport you wish to view was sent on.
Estimated receiving date: Select the date range that covers the planned receiving date of the transport you wish to view.
Receiving date: Select the date range that covers the actual date the transport you wish to view was received on.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the event configuration associated with the storeroom whose objects are involved with the transport you wish to view, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, simply repeat the procedure described before.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired transport through the document related to it. To do this, select the desired waste or enter its ID # and/or name. In the Status field, check the options corresponding to the status in which the record of the waste related to the transport you wish to consult is found.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired transport through the (SE Supply) associated with it. To do this, select the desired supply or enter its ID # and/or name.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the supply type involved in the transport that you wish to view, the operator and a value for itself. To use more than one attribute in this search, simply repeat the procedure described before.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired transport through the item related to it. To do this, select the desired item or enter its ID # and/or name.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the item type involved in the transport that you wish to view, the operator and a value for itself. To use more than one attribute in this search, simply repeat the procedure described before.

After filling in the necessary filters, click on the "SEARCH" button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press the "ENTER" key on the keyboard. The result will be listed in the right part of the view screen.
