Location: View Stock
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view the objects of storerooms saved in the system.
By default, the system does NOT display stocks whose number of objects equals to 0. For "empty" stocks to be considered in the search, the "Display records with stock equal to zero" option must be selected in the general parameters of the SE Supply and SE Waste components.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the object selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to the button and select the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.
|

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the view stocks reports and other report options available for the menu.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, in one of the quadrants, the system will display the details of the storage location/repository where the object selected in the list of records is stored.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Click on the Add attribute in the result button, select the attribute that will be displayed as a column in the list of records of the search and click on the Apply button. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add button at the bottom of the panel that will be displayed.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the storeroom whose stock you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the storeroom whose stock you wish to search for.
Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the storeroom whose stock you wish to search for.
Event configuration: Select the configuration applied to the events of the storeroom that you wish to search.
Storeroom owner: Select the owner of the storeroom whose stock you wish to search for:
▪Internal: In the Department field that will be enabled, select the department to which the storeroom belongs. ▪Customer: In the Customer field that will be enabled, select the customer company that owns the storeroom. ▪Supplier: In the Supplier field that will be enabled, select the customer company that owns the storeroom.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the storeroom type whose objects in stock you wish to view, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, simply repeat the procedure described before.

Object type: Select the object type whose stock you wish to search.
Object: Select the storeroom object whose stock you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the object ID # whose stock you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the stock object you wish to search.
Batch: Enter the batch number of the object you wish to search.
Validity: In the Start and End fields, select the range that covers the dates on which the object in stock to be searched is valid. If necessary, also select the Status (active/inactive) of the respective object.
Stock: Select the Status of the object to be searched. If you wish, use the fields related to the Quantity to inform the interval that can cover the number of objects in stock to be searched.

After filling in the necessary filters, click on the "SEARCH" button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press the "ENTER" key on the keyboard. The result will be listed in the right part of the view screen.
