Location: Execution  Scorecard calculation
Prerequisite:
▪Scorecards already planned and with the values added in the indicators
Overview:
Through this menu, you can track and verify the execution of the calculation of the scorecards added to the system, as well as who performed this operation and the start and end date and time of execution. You can also recalculate a scorecard whenever you need to update or correct its values.

Click on this button to calculate a scorecard. See more details about this operation in the Executing a scorecard/indicator calculation section.

Click on this button to view any possible errors of records, formulas etc. that may have occurred during the calculation of the scorecard selected in the list of records and that must be corrected. This button will only be enabled if the calculation status (CS column) of the selected scorecard is "Alert in the execution of the calculation".

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the desired option:
▪Delete: Deletes the execution log of the calculation selected in the list of records. ▪Delete before: Deletes all execution logs of the calculation prior to a specific date. |
Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. See in the View  Scorecard menu a detailed description of the filters.
