Overview:

A cause may be understood as the reason why a determined defect has occurred, i.e., the reason why there has been a nonconformity in the supply. Use this menu to create all possible causes that originate defects in the supplies. Such causes may later be associated with attribute type characteristics.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new cause. See further details about this operation in the Creating a cause section.

Click on this button to edit a cause. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a cause. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the cause selected from the list of records in read-only mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the selected record on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filters, on the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
