Answering a survey - Access locations

According to the respondent type, the survey can be answered through the following locations:

SE Suite user

▪ Execution Survey response

▪My tasks Execution Survey response

▪Notification e-mail for the Survey response task. It will be necessary to login to SE Suite to successfully access the answer screen.

Guest

▪Notification e-mail for the Survey response task. It will be necessary to login to SE Suite to successfully access the answer screen.

External user (SE Administration)

▪Notification e-mail for the Survey response task. It will be necessary to login to SE Suite to successfully access the answer screen.

Member of the responsible team for completing

▪Execution Survey response

▪My Tasks Execution Survey response

▪Through the "Respondent" column, it is possible to identify the respondent to which the answers are being entered.

When the survey is being used in other SE Suite components, the places in which it will be accessible may vary. In cases such as the SE Workflow component, the survey may be answered through the activity execution screen itself. This also happens with problems, incidents and competence evaluations. In the case of training evaluations (SE Training), for example, the survey may be answered through the options listed in the "SE Suite user" item.
