This menu allows viewing surveys created in the system regardless of their status, through their own information. To do that, access the View Survey menu.
If necessary, use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
Allows locating the desired survey through specific information such as ID #, name, mode, responsible user, planning date, etc.

Allows locating the survey through survey respondent data:
Respondent type: Internal or external user, customer, supplier, or guest.
Anonymous: Check whether the user who answered the survey was anonymous.
Company: Select a company related to the survey.
User: Internal SE Suite user or their department, position, user ID, among other information. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.
External user: Through user name, e-mail, department/position.
Guest: External user without access to SE Suite. In that case, enter the name/e-mail address of the desired respondent.

Allows locating a survey through information of the training with which it is associated, such as training identification data, planning or execution dates.

Allows locating the survey through data of the workflow with which it is associated. To do that, select the desired workflow or enter its identification data.

Allows locating the survey through the incident with which it is associated. To do that, select the desired incident or enter its identification data.

Allows locating the survey through the problem with which it is associated. To do that, select the desired problem or enter its identification data.

Allows viewing surveys associated with SE Risk control analyses. To do that, use the analysis data to search for the desired survey.

Allows locating the desired survey through information of the evaluation plan (SE Competence) with which it is associated. To do that, select the desired plan or enter its identification data, deadline, status, etc.
Evaluation: Use this filter to locate the desired survey through the evaluation (SE Competence) with which it is associated:

Allows locating the survey through an attribute associated with the survey type. To do that, click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute, the operator, and a value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Check the Only favorites option so that., in the search, only surveys classified as favorites are displayed. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
