This menu will cover the creation of the types that classify the surveys created in the system. For better organization, these types are displayed hierarchically. In the Configuration Use the buttons on the toolbar to add, edit, and delete records, as well as to generate reports and enable or disable the record selected in the list of records.

Survey type menu, use the search panel to easily locate the desired created types through specific information. The result will be displayed in the list of records on the right side of the screen.
