Overview:
Use this menu to add and manage attributes. Attributes - also known as metadata - are properties used to describe records. Attributes allow you to manage, understand, and view the records with which they are associated.

Click on this button to add a new attribute. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an attribute section.

Click on this button to edit the attribute selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the attribute selected from the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

Click on this button to translate the name of the attribute selected on the list of records. If the attribute is of the "List of values" type, it will also be possible to translate its values. See further details about this operation in the Translating an attribute section.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
