Overview:
Use this menu to view all trainings saved in the system, regardless of the step they are in and their status.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to view the data and the result of the selected training evaluation.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.
|

Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the desired reports of the list of trainings, training data, participants list, attendance list and evaluation result. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the details of the training selected in the second quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the desired records you want by using specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.
For further details about the "Search panel" and other view operations, refer to the "User guide Views" section.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the training you wish to view.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the training execution deadline you wish to view: on time, close to due date or past due. Use the buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Training type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the training type you wish to view: collective and/or individual.
Training status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible statuses of the training you wish to view.
Self-training: Check this option if the training you wish to view is a training in which the participant enrolled via a widget.
Planned: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the planned start and end period of the training you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the planned workload for the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the planned number of participants of the training.
Actual: Use the Start and End fields to select the date range that covers the actual start and end period of the training you wish to view. Use the Workload field to enter the time range that covers the actual workload of the training in question. In the # of participants field, enter a range that covers the actual number of participants of the training.
Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period (if configured) of the training you wish to view. Check the Show only expired trainings option for the system to display only expired trainings in the search result.

Training method: Select the method associated with the training you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected training method and clear it.
Instructor: Select the instructor of the training you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.
Educational entity: Select the educational entity that offered the training you wish to view. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected educational entity and clear it.
Planning control team: Select the planning control team of the training you wish to view.
Execution control team: Select the execution control team of the training you wish to view.
Document: Select the document that has been associated with the training you wish to view. It is important to point out that the associated document is not related to the object of the training, but to the one associated through the "Documentation" option.
Syllabus: Fill in this field with an excerpt from the text entered as Syllabus of the training you wish to view.

Participant type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the participants of the training you wish to view: user (SE Suite) and/or external user. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the participant of the training you wish to view: approved, rejected and/or not evaluated.
Score: Enter a range of numbers that covers the score obtained by the participants of the training you wish to view.
Attendance: Enter a range of numbers that covers the attendance percentage of the participants of the training you wish to view.
Enroll date: Enter the date range that covers the date on which the participants were enrolled in the training you wish to view.
User: Enter the department, position, user ID, name and/or e-mail of the SE Suite user who took part in the training you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well. It is also possible to select the desired user.
External user: Enter the department, position, company, name and/or e-mail of the external user who took part in the training you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to find the training you wish to view by the course data associated with it. To do that, select the type that classifies the course and/or the desired course, or enter the ID # and/or name of the training course.

Use the fields in this filter to find the training you wish to view by the data of the configuration associated with it. To do that, select the type that classifies the configuration and/or the desired configuration, or enter the ID # and/or name of the training configuration.

Category: Select the category that classifies the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected category to be also considered in the search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view.
Title/Summary: Enter the title or summary of the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view.
Revision: Enter the revision of the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view.
Author: Enter the author of the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view.
Document status: Expand the list of options and check the options that correspond to the status of the document associated as an object of the training you wish to view. Use the buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups made.
Display only document trainings: Check this option for the system to display, in the search results, only trainings that have a document associated as a training object.

Competence: Use these filters to locate the training you wish to view through the competences associated with it. To do that, select the desired competence or enter its ID # and/or name.
Evaluation item: Use these filters to locate the training you wish to view through the evaluation items associated with it. To do that, select the desired evaluation item or enter its ID # and/or name.

Use the following fields of the Pre-training, Training, Reaction, Post-training and Effectiveness fields to locate the training by its evaluation type:
Evaluation status: Check the options that match the status of the evaluation of the training you wish to view: start, execution, finished or it does not have.
Evaluation type: Check the options that match the way the participant of the training you wish to view will be evaluated: descriptive, score evaluation, simple approval, score and attendance evaluation, test, or survey.
Evaluation template: Select the evaluation template that was applied to the participants during the evaluation of the training you wish to view.
Responsible team for completing: Select the team responsible for entering the answers of the test/survey applied to participants of the training you wish to view.
Evaluation date: Select the date range that covers the date on which the training evaluation of the training you wish to view was performed.
Delay: Select the date range that covers the delay date of the post training and training effectiveness evaluation, you wish to view.

Configuration: Use the following fields to locate the training you wish to view based on effectiveness verification configurations:
▪Effectiveness verification: Check the corresponding option to indicate whether an effectiveness verification is, or not, configured for the training you wish to view. ▪Responsible: Select the party responsible for performing the effectiveness verification of the training you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it. ▪Deadline: Select the date range that covers the deadline for the responsible party to perform the effectiveness verification. ▪Evaluation method: Select the evaluation method that was used to verify the effectiveness of the training you wish to view. Verification: Use the following fields to locate the training you wish to view based on its effectiveness verification execution:
▪Date: Select the date range that covers the date on which the effectiveness verification of the training you wish to view was performed. ▪Effective training: Check the Yes or No option to indicate the training you wish to view has been considered effective or ineffective. ▪Objective evidence: Enter evidences of the training effectiveness you wish to view.

Request: Select the request that has been met by the training you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the request met by the training you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the request met by the training you wish to view.
Issue: Use the information referring to the issue request related to the training you wish to view. To do that, in the respective fields, select the Department that issued or the Owner of the request. Use the other buttons next to the fields to fill them with the data of the logged user or clear them.
Approved: Use the information related to who approved the request. To do that, in the respective fields, select the responsible user, the department, position or team that approved the request related to the training you wish to view.
Periods: Use the Last __ day(s) field to enter the number of days before the current date that covers the issue date of the request regarding the training that you wish to view. If you prefer, use the Select date and End date fields to select the date range that covers the date on which the request was issued.
Display only trainings with related request: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, only training costs that have met the requests.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the training you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
