Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to create all types that will classify the workflows that will be recorded in the system. To facilitate their organization, these types are presented in hierarchy form, which is fully parameterizable, according to the needs of the user. In addition to facilitating this structuring, the same process template can be used in more than one type, also minimizing the configuration/maintenance work between similar processes, which can now be structured in different types, but following the same parameterization.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to add a new workflow type. See further details on this operation in the Creating a workflow type section.

Click on this button to edit a workflow type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a workflow type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow on the right side of the button to configure and issue the possible report options available to the menu.

Click on this button to change the status (active or inactive) of the record selected on the main screen.
