SE Workflow has widgets that allow you to initialize your workflows more easily. To do that, create or edit a Portal and associate one or more SE Workflow widgets:

The logged users can only start the workflows through the widgets if they have the permission to start, that is, workflows in which the user has the "Instantiate process" control enabled in the process security data.

When you configure this widget in a portal, the system will list the workflow processes defined by the logged-on user as favorites. The list of favorite workflows will vary according to the user who is accessing the Portal.

When you configure this widget on a portal, the system will list all processes that the logged-on user is allowed to start. The list of authorized workflows will vary according to the user accessing the Portal.

When you configure this widget in a portal, the system will list the most started processes in the system. Only the workflows that the logged user is allowed to start will be displayed.

This widget presents a custom list of processes that can be started. While adding this widget to the portal, it will be required to enter a Title for the widget, then select the Process that will be started through this widget. Select as many processes as you need.
