Process

This widget allows displaying the flowchart of a process in a portal. When dragging this element to the portal, it will be necessary to configure the widget by clicking on the configuration link available in the widget.

On the configuration panel, define a Title for the widget and select the Flowchart that will be displayed in the portal. Define one of the following options in the Zoom field to set the flowchart display size:

▪Original size: If this option is selected, the flowchart will be displayed in its original size. That is, there may be scroll bars if the flowchart is bigger than the size of the widget.

▪Fit to window: If this option is selected, the flowchart will be fully displayed in the widget, but its size may be decreased if the flowchart is bigger than the size of the widget.

Click on the "Save" button for the configurations to be applied to the widget.

This widget displays the processes as a chart and as a list, according to the evaluation result.

After adding this widget to the portal, click on the "Options" button located in the upper right corner of the widget. Fill in the following fields on the screen that will be displayed:

Name: Enter a title for the widget.

Vision: Define whether the chart will display the number of evaluated processes or the evaluation result.

Show legend: Check this option to display a legend for the chart.

View list: Define whether the process list will be displayed below or to the right of the chart.

All processes: Check this option for the chart to be plotted with the values of all processes. If this option is not checked, the buttons on the Process tab will be enabled, allowing the user to add or delete the processes from the chart.
