Adding an association to the task |
See below how to add an association to the workspace task:
When accessing the "Execution Board" menu, the workspace screen will be displayed on the board.
To add associations of other objects to a task, select the desired task on the board and click on the actions button in the upper left corner and on the "Edit" option.
Then, click on the associations button located on the upper left corner of the task board.
By clicking on this action, a new section will be displayed in the task, in which it will be possible to associate other SE Suite objects with the task. It will be possible to associate assets, nonproject tasks, indicators, scorecards, supplies, items, actions, documents, workflows, meetings, portfolios, incidents, problems, projects, programs, and other SE Kanban tasks.
In the "Association type" field, select the component of the object to be selected and, in the "Object" field, select the respective record to be associated. After associating an object, it will be displayed in the associations section and the Association type and Object buttons will be displayed below the associated objects list, allowing the addition of other objects associated with the task.
In each associated object, it will be possible to view information about it. The and buttons will also be displayed, which allow, respectively, opening the object data screen and disassociating the object from the task.
