Overview:
The view profile allows defining the set of information that will be displayed on the object data screen. The view profiles configured in this menu can be associated with the categories included in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new view profile. For further information on this operation, see the Configuring a view profile section.

Click on this button to edit the view profile selected in the list of records.
|

Click on this button to delete the view profile selected in the list of records.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
