Calibration programming

Through this menu, it is possible to program the execution of the asset calibration activities. It is possible to program when the activity defined in the calibration plan will be executed. The main screen is divided into three quadrants: the first quadrant displays a panel with search filters that allow locating the plans and their calibration activities more easily; the second quadrant displays the calibration plans created in the system, and the third quadrant displays the programmed activities of the plan that is selected in the second quadrant.

	▪Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the verification plan selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the activity selected in the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button, located in the second quadrant, to configure and issue the desired activity blank form, activity form, and blank data collection reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the gage evolution chart. On the screen that will be opened, fill out the required fields and click on the View chart button. Thus, the chart will be displayed according to the information selected in the field.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new calibration programming. See more details about this operation in the Creating a calibration activity section.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the calibration programming selected from the list of records.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the calibration programming selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the listing of calibrations through a Gantt chart.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to enable/disable the programmed calibration activity selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of an activity section.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new programming from the copy of a previously created calibration. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. After confirming the request made by the system, the created programming will be displayed in the list of records and may be identified through the ID # that starts with "Copy of".
	Press this button, located in the third quadrant, to return the record to the previous step.
	Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send one or more records to the next step. To send more than one calibration to the next step, select the desired records and click on this button. In the programming step, the calibration will be sent to the execution step; if the activity is configured to have approval, before going to execution, the system will generate the Programming approval task.
