Click on the arrow placed next to the button and select the desired option:
▪Delete document: The selected record will be deleted from SE Document. In that case, enter an explanation for this operation. After saving, the record will be deleted. ▪Delete electronic file: The electronic files will be deleted from the selected record. In that case, enter an explanation for this operation. After saving, the files will be deleted (the document record will be kept in SE Document). ▪Postpone exclusion: On the screen that will be displayed, select the desired option: ▪Store permanently: The document and its electronic files can never be deleted, remaining in their current repository. Enter an explanation for this operation. After saving, the document and its files will be permanently stored. ▪Edit retention time: The deletion of the document and its electronic files will be postponed. In this case, in the "Retention deadline" field, enter the date until which the document must remain stored. Enter an explanation for this operation. After saving, the document and its files will be stored for the configured period, and once it ends, this task will be generated again. If the retention date was based on an attribute, the new retention deadline entered will overwrite the attribute value.
