Location: View Resource calendar
Overview:
When accessing this menu, the system will display a screen in which, through the calendar area, it is possible to track the meetings, nonproject (SE Time Control) or project (SE Project) tasks, monitored events (SE Time Control), planned or isolated actions (SE Action plan), verification activities (SE Asset), calibration activities (SE Calibration) and preventive and corrective maintenances (SE Maintenance) which the resources added to the system are allocated to or responsible for.
Specific buttons:
Refer to the Scheduling wizard Toolbar section for a detailed description of the buttons displayed on the screen. Note that the options in the "Actions" and "Edit" palettes will not be available to be used through this menu.
Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use these filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

In the displayed calendar, it will be possible to filter the period according to the option selected in the Vision palette on the toolbar:
▪Daily: Select the day of a specific month and year for the system to display the objects on this specific day. ▪Work week: Select a week of a specific month and year for the planned/actual objects in the working days (i.e., from Monday to Friday, except holidays) of the week in question to be displayed. ▪Weekly: Select a week of a specific month and year for the planned/actual objects in the week in question (taking into consideration Saturday, Sunday and holidays, if any) to be displayed. ▪Monthly: Select a month of a specific year for the planned/actual objects in the month in question to be displayed. Display: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate the objects which should be presented in the search result, in which the resources are allocated and/or exercise responsibility. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the status of the allocation of the resource record whose calendar you wish to search.
Status: Expand the list and select the options corresponding to the status where the object is to which the resource whose calendar you wish to search is related. Notice that it will not be possible to check the Actual option, if selecting the Estimated and/or Confirmed options.
Search in: Expand the list and select the options that correspond to the objects which the resource whose calendar you wish to search is responsible for or is allocated to.
Status: Expand the list and select the options that correspond to the possible status of the resource record whose calendar you wish to search.

Click on the Add components button, select, in the Search in field, the object type (project or nonproject task, project, verification activity, calibration activity, meeting, isolated action, or action plan, etc.), and in the Value field, enter the object which the resource you wish to search is responsible for or is allocated to. To use more than one component in this search, use the Add components option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired components, click on the Apply button.

Use the fields in this filter to find the resource whose calendar you wish to search, through the task it is responsible or is allocated. To do that, enter the ID # and/or name of the task in question. In the Status field, expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the execution of the task related to the resource. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Use the fields in this filter to find the resource whose calendar you wish to search, through the object it is responsible or is allocated. To do that, enter the ID # and/or name of the desired object. In the Status field, expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the execution of the object related to the resource. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Click on the Add department button and select the department to which the resource whose calendar you wish to search belongs to. To use more than one department in this search, use the Add department option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired departments, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add position button and select the position held by the resources whose calendar you wish to search. To use more than one position in this search, use the Add position option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired positions, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add resource button and select the resource whose calendar you wish to search. To use more than resource in this search, use the Add resource option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired resources, click on the Apply button.

Classification: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate that the resource whose calendar you wish to search is a labor resource or an asset (SE Asset). Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Generic: Expand the list and select the corresponding options to indicate whether the resource whose calendar you wish to search is a generic resource or not.

In the Competence field, select one of the mapped competences for the resource whose calendar you wish to search.

Click on the Add functional role button and select the functional role assigned to the resource whose calendar you wish to search. To use more than one functional role in this search, use the Add functional role option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described before. After adding the desired functional roles, click on the Apply button.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the resource type whose calendar you wish to search, an operator and value for it. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be listed in the calendar in the right side of the screen.
