Overview:
Resources may be employees (users created in SE Administration) or assets (SE Asset), services, supplies, materials, etc. Use this menu to create all the resources that may be allocated to the tasks, either nonproject or project tasks, saved in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the corresponding option to add a resource of the labor, asset or generic type. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a resource section.

Click on this button to edit the resource selected in the list of records. See more details about this operation in the Editing a resource section.

Click on this button to delete the resource selected from the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the resource of the "Labor" type selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to access the calendar of the resource selected in the list of records.
|
Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
