Security

Use this tab to ensure the security of the occurrences that have this classification.

Fill out the Control group field to define the group of users that will be responsible for this record. Thus, the members of the selected group may edit or delete this classification. If this field is not filled out, all users who have access to this menu may make the necessary changes to or delete the record.

Access type

Select the desired option:

▪Public: Any user with access to SE Action may create occurrences with this classification.

▪Authorized: All users of the control groups selected in the list of records below may create occurrences with this classification.

▪Unauthorized: All users of the control groups selected in the list of records below will not be allowed to create occurrences with this classification.

Control group

This listing will display the control groups available in SE Action. Check the control groups that will have the previously selected access. Keep the groups to which the selected access type does not apply unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed options and clear the checked options. This listing is not valid if the selected access type is "Public".

View


Access type	Select the desired option: ▪Public: Any user with access to SE Action may view occurrences with this classification. ▪Authorized: All users of the control groups selected in the list of records below may view occurrences with this classification. ▪Unauthorized: All users of the control groups selected in the list of records below will not be allowed to view occurrences with this classification.
Control group	This listing will display the control groups available in SE Action. Check the control groups that will have the previously selected access. Keep the groups to which the selected access type does not apply unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed options and clear the checked options. This listing is not valid if the selected access type is "Public".
Let occurrences specify their own configuration	Check this option so that, when identifying the occurrences of this classification, it is possible to define the users who will have access to view them, regardless of the configurations set in this tab. In addition to that, it will be possible to inherit the configurations set here.

Cancellation

Use this tab to define whether the occurrences with this classification may be cancelled. If affirmative, check the Allow occurrence to be cancelled option and select the party responsible for the cancellation:

Control
Any user	Any user with access to SE Action may cancel occurrences with this classification.
Occurrence department	The department of the company in which the occurrence was identified may cancel the occurrences with this classification.
Owner dept.	The department that issued the occurrence may cancel the occurrences with this classification.
Occur. record owner	The user who issued the occurrence may cancel the occurrences with this classification.
Leader	The leader of process flow associated with the classification may cancel the occurrences with this classification.
Specific	Allows defining a department and/or specific user as responsible for the cancellation. In this case, in the respective fields, select the desired department and/or user.

Deletion

Use this tab to define whether the occurrences of this classification may be deleted. If affirmative, check the Allow occurrences to be deleted option and configure the following fields:

Retention deadline

Enter the number of days, months or years during which the system will store the occurrences with this classification.

Control
Any user	Any user with access to SE Action may delete occurrences with this classification.
Occurrence department	The department of the company in which the occurrence was identified may delete the occurrences with this classification.
Owner dept.	The department that issued the occurrence may delete the occurrences with this classification.
Occur. record owner	The user who issued the occurrence may delete the occurrences with this classification.
Leader	The leader of process flow associated with the classification may delete the occurrences with this classification.
Specific	Allows defining a department and/or specific user as responsible for the deletion. In this case, in the respective fields, select the desired department and/or user.

After setting the necessary configurations, save the record.
