Actions and plans

This view allows tracking the actions and plans of the audits recorded in the system.

	Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to view action data, action plan data or audit data of the record selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to analyze the result obtained from the search.
	Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the desired audit reports. This button also allows exporting the listing of the records displayed in the main screen to an Excel file or configuring a new report.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add filters.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the actions and plans in the audits through specific information:

Planned: Enter the planned execution dates of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Actual: Enter the actual execution dates of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Title: Enter the title of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Reference requirement: Select the reference requirement whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Use the fields to filter information of the action plans and isolated actions of the risk and control plan audits.

ID #: Enter the audit ID # you wish to view.

Title: Enter the title of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Search in: Select the types of records you wish to search (isolated action, action of action plan, action plan).

Planned date: Enter the planned dates of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view.

Status: Select the status of the audit whose actions and plans you wish to view. Click on the button to select all the statuses.

After filling in the necessary filters, click on the "SEARCH" button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press "ENTER" on the keyboard.
