Audit evaluation result

See how to create an audit evaluation result:

The audit results will only be available if its category has been configured with 19011 scope (requirement audit) and result permission is enabled.

1.On the main execution screen, locate and select the desired audit. Click on the button.

2.After that, click on the toolbar button.

3.The audit result screen will be displayed:

The "RC", "Value" and "%R" columns will only be displayed when the result criterion revision (current when the audit was created) has at least one result classification that applies a value. If all classifications do not apply a value, these columns will not be displayed.

4.The structure items will be displayed according to the options configured in the audit category scope. They are: audit (as a whole), reference requirement, process, risk control, project, asset, supply and/or department.

Remember that the display of objects on this screen (audit, requirements, processes, risk controls, projects, assets, supplies and departments) depends on the configurations performed in the category of the audit.

5.Then, for each structure item, fill in the following fields:

Positive points: Enter the positive points of the audit.

Negative points: Enter the negative points of the audit.

Recommendations: Enter the necessary recommendations about the audit.

Conclusion: Enter the conclusions obtained in the audit evaluation.

Result: Select the classification of the result obtained in the audit. The system will make available for selection the classifications associated with the result criterion in question.

Value: This field will only be displayed for the current result criteria whose classification value is variable. Enter value for the result according to the possible values for the range selected in the "Result" field.

6.Click on the Confirm button after filling in the fields above. Remember to save the information on this screen after evaluating all the necessary items.

If the "Value" field has been filled out, the system will calculate the percentage of the audit result, which will be displayed in the "% R" column.

7.Save the record after filling in the fields above.
