Overview:

Use this menu to enter the acceptability criteria, that is, the ranges of values that determine whether the asset is in conditions to be used, needs adjustment or to be fixed, or whether it must be disposed of. The acceptability criteria may be obtained from national or international standards referring to the asset in question or, if they do not exist, it is possible to use the manufacturer's specifications provided in leaflets, catalogs, or operation and calibration manuals.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new acceptability criterion. See more details about this operation in the Configuring an acceptability criterion section.

Click on this button to edit the acceptability criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the acceptability criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
