Who receives it:

Team members responsible for the plan defined in the calibration plan.

Members of the team responsible for programming defined in the standard activity associated with the calibration plan.

When:

The calibration activity is programmed and has not been sent to the approval/execution step.

Purpose:

To allow the responsible parties to finish the programming of the calibration activity.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired calibration from the list of pending records. If the "Allow listing all scheduled activities of the plan in the activity scheduling task menu" option is checked in the general parameters of SE Asset, the list of records will display all planned activities the plan has, regardless of their sequence or quantity. Otherwise, the oldest activity will be displayed according to its execution sequence.

2.Click on the button to edit the calibration data. Refer to the Editing calibration activity data for details of how to enter the programming information.

3.After entering all the calibration programming information, click on the button in the Run section, located on the calibration data screen, to send the calibration to the next step. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the record to the next step:

If it is not confirmed, the record will remain pending and this action may also be executed by clicking on the button on the toolbar.

If confirmed, the record may move on to one of the following steps:

oProgramming approval: The record will follow to this task, if the standard activity, associated with the calibration plan is configured with the planning approval step.

oCalibration execution: The record will continue to this step if the activity associated with the plan has not been configured for the approval step. After approving the programming, the record also moves on to this step.
