Overview:
Through this view the user can perform the tracking of the forms saved in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the form selected on the main screen.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow placed next to this button to check the available report options for the selected menu. This button also allows to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

When the selected form has a revision control, this button will be enabled, allowing to view the revision data.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. By selecting this option, the details of the form selected from the list of records will be displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

If necessary, use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Through this search filter, it will be possible to find the forms through its table. To do this, in the Table field, enter the ID # or name of the table of the desired form. By using the options in the Status field, it is possible to find forms that have tables in certain statuses, such as Issue, Edition, Being released, Released and Inactive.

Use this filter to find forms through information about their identification. To do this, in the Form field, enter the ID # or name of the form to be viewed.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
