Starting the maintenance activity

See the steps to start a maintenance activity below:

 

1.1_auxnmbFirst, locate the maintenance that is with the "To be started" status, which can be identified by the power icon in the S column.

 

Use the Search filters, located on the left side of the main screen, to find the desired maintenance more easily.

 

2.After that, click on the edit button to open the activity data in edit mode.

 

3.In the General data arrowrgray General data section, fill in the fields related to the maintenance execution:

Execution: Enter the data related to the start of the maintenance activity execution, such as maintenance start date and time and the execution percentage of the activity. The system only considers the activities as started when this field is filled in with a value between 1 and 99. If this field is filled in with 100%, the activity execution will be finished.

Service center: Select the service center responsible for the execution of the maintenance activity.

Responsible technician: Select the technician responsible for the execution of the maintenance activity. Only the technicians of the service center selected before will be available for selection.

 

If the maintenance activity is originated from a request or is associated with process instances, the header of the "General data" section of the maintenance activity will display the request or instance data, allowing the user to quickly access what is linked with the maintenance activity.

 

4.Save the maintenance data. At this point, the maintenance status will become "Execution".

 

Verify the tasks defined for the maintenance and execute them as well. The remaining sections of the maintenance may be filled out. Refer to the Editing maintenance activity data section for details on how to complete these sections.
