Overview:

The tracking starts when the data collection planning is finished. In this step, it is possible to edit the data and finish or postpone a data collection. Only the members of the team associated with the data collection may view and edit the data of the collections listed in this section.

Specific buttons:

Edits a collection selected in the list of records. Refer to the Data collection configuration section for further details on how to edit the collection data.

Accesses the structure of the data of the collection selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow located next to this button to set up and issue the conformity reports, data collections, data collections/characteristics, or the blank collections of the desired record. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on the desired option to import an Excel file to the system or to export an Excel file to the machine.

Click on the desired option to enable postponed collections, postpone or close a collection. See further details in the Finishing a data collection, Postponing a data collection, and Enabling a data collection sections.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When selecting this option, the system will display the details of the data collection selected in the list of records in one of the quadrants.

Click on this button to edit the layout of the main screen to two quadrants.

 

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
