Executing a scorecard/indicator calculation

SE Performance allows calculating the accumulated values of indicators whose scorecard is configured for manual indicator calculation, as well as executing the simultaneous calculation of all scorecards added to the system. These operations can be performed through the following menus:

Scorecard calculation. In this case, click on the

button on the main screen toolbar.

▪Execution

Scorecard execution. In this case, click on the Calculate option of the toolbar of the Structure vision.

To do that, click on the button on the toolbar of the calculation execution screen. Note that the processing of this calculation may take a while. The scorecard calculation status can be tracked by the CS column on the main screen of the record list.

In the calculation execution screen, use the following fields:

Scorecard: This field is filled in by the system with the scorecard whose calculation execution log is selected in the list of records on the main screen, but it is possible to edit it. In this case, select the scorecard that you wish to calculate.

First year: Fill out this field to define the year from which the system should perform the calculation of the values of the scorecard indicators.

Last year: Fill out this field to define the year up until which the system should perform the calculation of the values of the scorecard indicators.

After filling out the desired fields, click on the Calculate button in the lower part of the screen.
