Overview:

In this menu, it is possible to search for the tasks generated by the system, differentiating them according to the status they are in.

 

Specific buttons:

bt_pesquisar_action

Click on this button to search for the tasks available to be viewed. To locate a specific task, use the search filters described below and click on the button after that.

bt_limpar

Click on this button to clear the values entered in the search filters.

bt_exibir_ocultar

Click on this button to display/hide the search filters.

bt_visualizar dados

Click on this button to view the data of the occurrence/action selected in the list of records.

bt_relatorios

Click on this button to issue a report with the general information of the records displayed in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Issuing a report section.

 

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information:

Action deadline: Check the option that corresponds to the status of the deadline of the tasks you wish to view: on time, close to due date, past due and/or not applicable.

Responsible: Use the following fields to locate the desired task through its responsible user:

▪Department: Select the department responsible for the task you wish to search. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.

▪Position: This field will only be enabled after selecting a department or user. In this case, select the position responsible for the task you wish to search.

▪User: Select the user responsible for the task you wish to search.

Check the options that correspond to the tasks generated by SE Action that you wish to search. Keep the ones you do not wish to view in the search results unchecked.

Occurrence period: Select the date range that covers the date of the occurrence identification whose related task you wish to view. This field will be automatically filled in with a specific period if the respective option is checked in the profile defined as default for the logged user.

Occur. #: Enter the ID # range that covers the ID # of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.

Status: Check the option that corresponds to the status of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view: Open, Concluded or Cancelled.

Step: Select the execution step in which the occurrence whose related task you wish to view is found.

Keyword: Enter a word or part of a word that belongs to the name of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.

Classification: Select the classification of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subclassifications of the selected classification to be considered in the view search as well.

Occurrence department: Select the department where the occurrence whose related task you wish to view happened. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.

Owner dept.: Select the department that issued the occurrence record whose related task you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.

Owner: Select the user who issued the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.

Severity: Select the severity level of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.

This tab will only be displayed after clicking on the Search button. It displays the tasks that correspond to the data entered in the search filters. By selecting each option, the system will display the respective occurrences/pending actions, identified by their status, on the right side of the screen. In addition, it is possible to select by which type of data you wish to sort the records displayed, and whether the order should be ascending or descending.
