After planning the action plan or the isolated action, it is necessary to send it to the next configured step. See how to perform this operation:
1.Select the desired record in the list of records of the main screen. 2.After that, click on More   on the toolbar. 3.At this time, the system will question whether you wish to send the record to the next step. Choose the desired option: OK: The record will be sent to the next configured step:

If in the category of the action plan, the Planning approval option is checked, the system will generate the Planning approval task for the appropriate responsible party.

Execution

If the plan does not have the approval step configured, the actions that comprise it will be released for execution by the responsible parties and the action will be available for tracking.

If the action execution type is planned and the approval step is configured in its category, the system will generate the Planning approval task for the due responsible parties.

If the action execution type is planned and it does not have an associated category, or if the approval step is not configured in the category, the action is released for execution by the appropriate responsible and is also available for tracking.

Effectiveness verification
|
If the action execution type is immediate and the verification step is configured in its category, the system will generate the Effectiveness verification task for the due responsible parties.

Closure
|
If the action execution type is immediate and it does not have an associated category, or if the verification step is not configured in the category, the isolated action is closed. In this case, it is possible to view it using the View Actions and plans menu.

|
Cancel: The record will remain pending with the Planning status. In this case, it is possible to finish its planning either through the Send to next step button on the data screen toolbar, or through the Planning task.
If there are any other impediments when sending the record to the next step, the system will issue a message informing of the error. In that case, perform the necessary adjustments and repeat the operation described above.
