Location: View  APQP/PPAP
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view the APQP/PPAPs saved in the system, regardless of their status.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the APQP/PPAP data. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to view the APQP/PPAP forms. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained in the search to be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the  button to add filters.

To view the APQP/PPAPs attributes in the view listing and OLAP analysis, click on the Add attribute in the result button. Then, in the menu that will be displayed, select the desired attribute. When you search, the selected attribute will be displayed as a new column on the screen. The values filled in for the attribute will be displayed in the listing itself for each record returned in the view.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

APQP/PPAP #: Enter the number of the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
Status: Select the possible status of the APQP/PPAP you wish to view: planning, execution, finished or cancelled.

Use this filter to locate the APQP/PPAP by means of the item associated with it.
Item: Select the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
Revision: Select the revision number of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.

Use this filter to locate the APQP/PPAP by means of the customer associated with it.
Customer: Select the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP you wish to view.

Use this filter to find the APQP/PPAPs that have a defined attribute. For that, click on the Add attribute button and select the desired attribute. To further filter your view, it is possible to enter which value the attribute should or should not have for the records to be displayed in the view. To use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat this procedure.

After filling out the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
