Overview:

An audit consists in a careful, systematic, and independent examination that aims at verifying whether the activities developed in a determined company, organization, or sector are in compliance with previously specified requirements and planned objectives. Through this menu, it is possible to plan the audits with scope on ISO19011, which will be performed. The audit projects must be created through the SE Project component, Management Project planning menu.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to plan a blank audit or plan an audit from a template. See more details about this operation in the Planning an audit section. It is important to point out that this option is only valid for audits with scope in ISO19011 (requirement audits). To create audit projects, SE Risk must be used, in the Management Project planning menu.

Click this button to edit the data of the audit selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the audit selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to access the project schedule or SE GanttChart.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to copy the data of an audit selected from the list of records. On the screen that will be displayed, enter the audit planned start that will be originated from the copy. It is important to point out that this option is only valid for audits with scope in ISO19011 (requirement audits).

Click on this button to send the audit selected in the list of records to the next step.

Click on this button to unblock an audit project being edited through SE GanttChart or that is blocked for other reasons. Note that, after clicking on this button, the project will be available for editing. If SE GanttChart is opened by one user, and another user makes a change to it, the information of one of the two users may be lost.

On the third quadrant, this button may be used to unblock the structure of an audit criterion (requirement audit) which is being edited or blocked for other reasons.

Click on this button to recalculate the schedule of an outdated audit project. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. By selecting this option, the details of the audit or audit project selected from the list of records will be displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
