Overview:

Use this menu to create all employees who will use the SE Suite components purchased by the organization.

 

Specific Buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new user. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a user section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the user selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete the user selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

report

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired user reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008). It is important to note that if the selected user has associated records, it will not be possible to deactivate it.

unblock

This button will only be enabled if a locked user is selected in the list of records. Click on it to unlock this user. See further details in the Unblocking a user section.

send_by_mail

Click on this button to send an email requesting users to change their password. This button should be used when users have had their password changed to a predefined password and should perform a bulk password change.

edit_appraisers

Click on this button to change the leader of the user selected in the list of records. It is possible to select more than one user at a time to perform this operation. On the selection screen that will be displayed, locate and select the user you wish to become a leader. It is important to note that the leader defined by this button will replace the Leader defined in the respective field of the user data screen (if any).

eap_view

Click on this button to view the organizational chart of users in SE Suite. On the screen that will open, users will be presented arranged in a hierarchy. Click on the desired user to view their data.

 

Use "Search filters" to find the records more easily by means of specific information: department to which it is related, login, user ID, name, e-mail, record status, blocked or not, position, leader, domain, and employee attribute values (defined in the general parameters).

The Display attributes option of the "Department" filter will only be displayed if the "Display in user record" option has been checked in the Employee profile arrowrgray Attribute section of the general parameters. In this case, by checking it, the attributes associated in the general parameters will be displayed as columns in the list of records. If it is not checked, the records will not be displayed in the listing.
