Goal planning

Who receives it:

Users set as members of the team responsible for the goal planning.

When:

The execution cycle of the goal plan is saved, but not sent to the next step.

Purpose:

To finish the planning of the execution cycle of the goal plan, allowing the responsible parties to make the necessary adjustments before sending it to the next configured step.

In the list of pending records, select the desired goal plan.

Make sure that the cycle data is properly filled out. To do that, click on the button, on the main screen toolbar and make the necessary adjustments to the data screen that the system will display. A detailed description of the fields on the data screen of the goal plan execution cycle was provided in the Adding a goal plan cycle section.

Once done, click on the Save and next step button on the toolbar of the data screen. The system will ask whether you wish to send the goal plan cycle to execution. Click on the desired option:

Save only: The data will be saved, and the goal plan will remain pending. The cycle may also be sent to the next step through the button on the main screen, or through the Management Goal planning menu.

Confirm: The goal plan cycle planning will be closed, and the system will generate the Goal plan execution task for the responsible parties to start its execution.
