Task:

Closure acknowledgment

Who receives it:

Users who have the "Acknowledgment" control allowed in the security list of the protocol, except for the user who executed the closure of the protocol.

Users who participated in the protocol processing (dispatch, receiving confirmation etc.), except the user who executed the closure of the protocol.

When:

The closure of the protocol processing is performed.

Purpose:

Allow those involved in the protocol processing to know about its closure

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.

In the list of pending records, select the desired protocol.

 

2.

After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

 

3.

At this point, the system will question if you wish to confirm the protocol closure acknowledgment. Choose the desired option:

OK: The closure acknowledgment will be confirmed and the protocol will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

Cancel: The protocol will remain pending for the closure acknowledgment confirmation. In this case, the protocol closure acknowledgment may also be confirmed through the Execution Closure acknowledgment menu.
