Configuring a form type

To configure a new form type, click on the button on the main screen toolbar.

Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

ID #: Enter a number or code for the form type.

Name: Enter a name for the dataset type.

Upper level type: Select the form type that, in the type hierarchy, is one level above the record in question.

Save the record after filling in the fields above.
