See how to create the record by form:
1.In the Search filters panel, click on the Select form button and, in the form type hierarchy, select the form in which the data record will be created.

3.Enter all the necessary data and save the form. |
After you select the form, all the records contained in the selected form are displayed. To create a new record, click on the 
button on the main screen. At this point, the form screen for filling will be displayed.
